Books, Baskets & Bake Sale North Branch Fundraiser

The Friends of the Osterhout Free Library North Branch will hold their annual event on Saturday, April 29th from 12-4 PM. The Books, Baskets & Bake Sale will be held in the library’s Community Room, located at 28 Oliver Street in the Parsons section of Wilkes-Barre. The event is free to the public and refreshments will be available.

Guests can purchase new and used books, take a chance on over 30 raffle baskets, and enjoy a bake sale with homemade baked goods. Basket raffle tickets are: $2.00 each, 3 for $5.00, 7 for $10.00 or an arm’s length for $20.

The event also features a 50/50 raffle drawing. Tickets are now on sale via Friends members or at the North Branch during library hours. Tickets are also for sale the day of the event, with the 50/50 winner picked at 3:45pm. The winner does not need to be present to win.
