North Branch, at 28 Oliver Street (Parsons)
The North Branch relocated to its current home at 28 Oliver Street in the Parsons area of Wilkes-Barre in 2009. But the branch’s history dates back to 1923 and has grown from its original 1400 volumes to over 15,000 items!

South Branch, at 2 Airy Street
The South Branch location opened at Stanton and Airy Streets in 1924, thirty five years after the Main Library. A resource for South Wilkes-Barre patrons, the South Branch has been a major outreach to area children since its inception.

Plains Branch, at 126 North Main Street
The Plains Branch is located on the “top of the hill” in the Municipal building at 126 North Main Street, where it has served Plains and area residents since November of 1968.
