Halloween Masks and Tote Bags DIY

Kids are invited to the Children’s Department on Saturday, October 17th to create their own Halloween accessories! Decorate a tote bag to hold your treats, or create a mask to trick-or-treat in style!

This program runs from 10AM to 2PM and registration is required, as space is limited. To register, please call 570-823-0156, ext 217. We hope to see you there!
