Osterhout Free Library - Central Branch 71 South Franklin Street, Wilkes-BarreRegistration for toddler storytime( ages 2-3 1/2) begins this week. Wednesdays 10:00 am- 10:30am OR 11:00 am-11:30am. Saturdays 10:00 am- 10:30 am. Call Youth Services, 570-823-0156, ext 217 to register.
