I agree that I will email or call the Osterhout Free Library if I or others in my party cannot attend this program. There are no refunds for cancelations or failure to arrive at the program. If I am registering for others, I understand that notice of cancelation will be given to myself only. It is my responsibility to inform the other attendees who were included in this reservation. Reimbursement will be mailed to myself only. I understand that the Osterhout Free Library updates online program registration information as frequently as possible. However, in the event that I am added to a waitlist, I will be notified and reimbursed as quickly as possible. I will not register myself or others for a program that has age requirements which I or others do not meet.
