Registration: Programs with a Fee
Osterhout Free Library programs that require a fee that can be paid online are listed below. Some programs require registration and payment through this form only. Fees for programs go toward the cost of supplies, instructor or speaker fees and other expenses associated with the program. There are no refunds for cancelations or failure to arrive at a program.
