Childbirth Education Class (four-week event)

Join Edoukou Aka-Ezoua from Nature + Thrive Holistic Doula Care and Akaila Wilson from Sincerely Kyonne Birthing and Postpartum Services for a series of classes on childbirth.

This is a dynamic and interactive childbirth class series for expectant parents and their support people. Utilizing evidence based information, expectant parents and their support partners will learn about different childbirth topics such as pregnancy care, birth preferences and plans, common interventions, stages of labor, comfort measures + labor positions, and the fourth trimester (postpartum period).

These are free classes., and they will meet on Saturday: August 26 and September 2, 9, and 16, and they will run from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
