Qigong for Wellbeing

Harmonizing the mind and spirit. Qigong is a Chinese system of breath, mindfulness, posture, and gentle body movements. The routines range from very simple to more complicated sets.
This class will give you a simple and effective way to align the three aspects of the whole person—mental/emotional (qi), spiritual (shen), and physical (jing)—so that they may work in harmony.
Join Mark Reinhart and learn a 25-minute daily routine for self-empowerment and start the path to a more healthy, balanced, and peaceful life.
Mark Reinhart is a 20 year Professional Member of the National Qigong Association, Master’s Medical Qigong.
This is a free class offered by the Wyoming Valley YMCA and hosted at the Osterhout Free Library, and it will meet every Thursday at 6pm until June 27th.
