Guided Meditation

Get yourself centered! Join Howard Thomas from Oak Street Health for a guided meditation to relieve pain and stress.
Howard has studied and practiced for over ten years with Tibetan monks.
This is a free class, and seating is available. Although mats are not provided, participants are welcome to bring their own.
